Fish Failure Years	This metric represents the number of times fish flows are not met.
Percentage Flows Above Minimum	This metric illustrates the percentage of time flows are above the required minimum flows.
Volume Above Minimum Flows	This metric illustrates the average volume of water above the required minimum flows.
Year of Investigation	This field displays the Year of Investigation entered into the Regional Control Panel.

Instream Flows Below Jackson	This graph illustrates Sultan River flows and minimum flows, in cfs, at the particular station where instream flows are being monitored.
Volume Above Minimum Flows	This graph illustrates the volume of water above the required minimum flows.
